Responsibilities
Research, selection, and integration of electrical power components, motors, drives and control systems in our Cooling Disruption units and Industrial Air Conditions systems
Specify and support verification and validation testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance of the components
Integration of electrical components and practices to ensure performance to EMC specifications
Providing technical mentoring to team members supporting the projects and products
Investigate the root cause of component failures and implement corrective actions
Support current product issue identification and resolution
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering project leads, project management, and marketing to deliver solutions to our customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Control Systems design
Experience with hardening and testing designs to comply with EMC standards
Demonstrated experience developing control systems and algorithms
Preferred
Master's degree
