Responsibilities

Drive internal and external development teams to define technical objectives and development goals, then manage and track deliverables to realize these milestones
Interface and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive technical and schedule alignment, and issue resolution
Clearly communicate status, issues, and priorities to the project team and other stakeholders, including executive management
Foster and drive an environment of constant improvement across project teams

Required

5+ years of systems engineering and technical program management experience
BS, EE, CS or equivalent required

Preferred

Demonstrated technical program management skills with internal and contracted development teams
Experience with satellite communication systems engineering integration, testing and validation
Ability to see the “big picture” system-level objectives and dependencies across segments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt communication styles as required for different audiences
A curious mind that thrives in a collaborative and fast moving environment
Familiarity with schedule management tools
Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
