Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and compliance with safety regulations
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that arise
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including TxDOT requirements
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects, specifically in roads, bridges, and sidewalks
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and TxDOT guidelines
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
