Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and our CRM
Manage projects and site visits
Handle contracts and follow up on leads
Communicate with customers, office staff, and field teams
Maintain certifications and attend training

Qualification

Abatement/remediation experienceSales skillsXactimate proficiencyCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsTime management

Required

Experience in abatement/remediation, or restoration is required
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and time management

Preferred

Experience with Xactimate is preferred
