Responsibilities

Run the project from handoff to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability
Visit and manage job sites
Develop relationships and business, help land future projects
Create a plan and set up projects for the installation team
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent interaction
Create estimates & proposals as required
Mentor crew and assistant project managers when needed
Perform other tasks as assigned

Required

Bachelors degree or 5+ years project management experience required
2+ Years of industrial polymer flooring experience required
Business development experience required
Comfortable and efficient in spreadsheets
Able to solve problems effectively and efficiently

Preferred

Experience on Costco flooring is a big plus
Strong knowledge of MS Suite, and Salesforce, Bluebeam, and Sage300 beneficial
Commercial flooring experience, specifically polymer flooring, very beneficial
