Responsibilities
Perform final inspections, testing, and adjustments on residential HVAC systems to ensure full functionality and compliance with code and company standards
Identify and correct any installation deficiencies, including ductwork adjustments, wiring, refrigerant charging, and system calibration
Complete all punch list items promptly and accurately to close out jobs
Collaborate with installation teams, office staff, and customers to ensure a seamless project completion
Maintain detailed records and complete digital or paper punch lists and quality control forms
Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized; maintain tools and company vehicle in excellent condition
Qualification
Required
2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Graduate of an HVAC trade school or technical training program
Experience using digital punch list tools, CRM systems, or field service software
