Responsibilities

Implement and support Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BPM workflows
Design, configure, and maintain BPM workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and reports
Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues
Maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience with Oracle BPM workflow configuration
Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules

Preferred

Oracle HCM Cloud certification
Deep understanding and hands on experience in Oracle HCM approval configurations
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
