Responsibilities
Create and run CMM programs for assembly and component measurements
Perform calibration and adjustment of assembly devices
Conduct product/process capability analysis, audits, and root cause investigations
Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements
Collect and analyze measurement data, validate equipment, and assist with PPAP and PSO activities
React promptly to out-of-spec conditions and stop production when necessary for safety or quality concerns
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Quality or related field
Skilled in Blueprint Reading, official CMM training, and use of gauges, micrometers, and calipers
Knowledge of Gage R&R, MSA, and Process Capability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with production teams
Preferred
Post-secondary education in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
