Responsibilities
Lead HR Transformation Programs: Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs that reimagine how HR services are delivered at scale—with an emphasis on effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience
Strategy & Roadmap Development: Translate executive vision into actionable strategies, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes. Secure investment for transformation efforts through cost-benefit analyses, financial modeling, and clear articulation of return on investment
Portfolio Management: Oversee the transformation project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and ongoing monitoring and communication to maintain visibility and ensure successful delivery. Support project teams in defining objectives and key results, tracking project/program performance, and providing regular updates to leadership
Change Management & Enablement: Develop coordinated change, training, and communication plans that drive adoption of new tools, services, and processes. Create learning strategies to help teams build new skills, capabilities, and ways of working—including AI fluency
Champion Product Thinking: Drive scalable solutions with a focus on usability, global and local relevance, and continuous improvement. Leverage agile practices to test, learn, and adapt quickly. Guide teams in developing intuitive, inclusive services and efficient processes for a variety of personas
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global and regional Employee Experience, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to align on goals, co-create solutions, and ensure smooth execution across geographies
Qualification
Required
10+ years in strategy consulting or program leadership in global, matrixed organizations; MBA preferred
Proven experience leading enterprise-level HR or business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
Expertise in HR strategy and operations, portfolio and change management, process optimization, and service delivery models
Strong ability to influence through clear, evidence-based recommendations and investment plans
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills—able to simplify complexity and inspire action
Product approach with experience applying agile methodologies
Preferred
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI a plus
