Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects
Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project performance, identify risks and issue, and implement mitigation strategies
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
Manage and allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets
Analyze and interpret contract requirements, ensuring full compliance with terms and conditions
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, metrics, and lessons learned
Serve as the primary point of contact for federal Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), maintaining effective communication and timely responses; Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

Required

Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in a federal environment
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a federal environment
Knowledge of IT systems, software development methodologies, and technology trends
Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging federal clients/stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proficient in contract administration, analysis, and compliance
Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.)
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
Certification in at least one of the following: CCNP, CCIE, MCITP/MCSE CISSP or equivalent
