Responsibilities
Serve as lead attorney on assigned cases, ensuring timely progress and resolution
Open, review, and manage case files throughout the pre-litigation process
Evaluate and negotiate claims, seek medical bill/lien reductions, and make key case decisions (value, litigation, closure, referrals)
Ensure deadlines (e.g., statute of limitations) are proactively managed
Provide consistent client communication, education, and support throughout the case lifecycle
Collaborate with case managers and attorneys; delegate tasks and support team operations
Maintain accurate records and reporting in the case management system
Qualification
Required
A juris doctor degree required
License in good standing in Indiana required
Bilingual employee a plus
Preferred
Indiana and Illinois preferred
