Responsibilities
Manage IT operations including networks, servers, devices, and security
Lead and support IT staff, including offshore/remote team members
Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and software access
Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator — manage user access, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports/dashboards
Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize Salesforce workflows and integrations with other business systems (e.g., HubSpot, Elation Health, Office 365)
Maintain data integrity and enforce governance across all platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees across the company
Partner with DevOps to support container-based development environments
Maintain IT and Salesforce policies, processes, and documentation
Support company facilities, including office moves and closures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred)
Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Office 365
Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
