Responsibilities
Advise some of the most dynamic and innovative healthcare clients in the country, in all phases of their corporate life cycle
Primary focus on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, healthcare-focused private equity and venture capital investments, and cutting-edge joint venture transactions
Assist clients with their corporate and organizational workflow, including assisting with corporate formation, operational strategy, contract negotiations and other corporate matters
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and/or joint venture in the healthcare industry
Excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to take ownership of projects, work effectively as a member of a team and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors regularly
Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they are applying
Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school are required
