The position involves assisting with various tasks related to fire sprinkler design, including permit processing and documentation preparation.

Responsibilities
Runner – Helping where needed, including delivering or picking up plans to/from job sites, etc
Permit processor – would be responsible for submitting and tracking permit applications to various jurisdictions, including over the counter applications once they are knowledgeable enough to handle them
Assist PM with assembling job information, tracking field notes and preparing documentation for as-built drawings and change orders
Helping wherever else needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with fire sprinkler system design (mostly tenant improvements and small projects)
Ability to prepare background drawings from CAD files and PDFs
Prior experience with site surveys of existing fire sprinkler systems
Self-starting, motivated individual who wants to learn
