Responsibilities

Manage project life-cycles, from gathering requirements and assessing risks to prioritizing features with stakeholders (product, engineering, etc.)

Work with engineering, product management, and other partners to define all work streams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones

Demonstrate technical knowledge and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency

Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to help the team

Oversee important customer engagements, promote new evaluation methodologies and standard procedures, and identify Key Performance Indicators and data quality metrics for success

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in program management

Preferred

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Knowledge of AI model training, testing, evaluation, and tuning processes

Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators for AI products

Understanding of ML/AI principles and their distinctions from traditional software development
