Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of personal injury claims during the pre-litigation phase
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and guidance
Review police reports, medical records, and other documentation to evaluate case value
Draft demand letters and other legal correspondence
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation
Coordinate with medical providers regarding client treatment and billing
Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in the case management system
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently
Prepare cases for litigation if settlement is not achieved
Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Preferred

1–3+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred (pre-litigation focus preferred)
Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Needles, Litify, etc.) is a plus
