Responsibilities
Support process engineer in the sustaining and process improvement for all Mechanical dicing, Laser dicing processes
First line of defense in resolving operational issues raised by production operators, escalates to engineering if required
First line of defense to bring up a down tool, escalates to maintenance/engineering if needed
Assists with non-standard Mechanical & Laser Dicing walk-in requests
Provides dispositioning and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area
Performs Recipe creation and Loading for all Mechanical & Laser Dicing processes
Writes operation/engineering procedures; trains and certifies production operators and junior technicians all processes within Mechanical and Laser Dicing
Trains & ensures operators run SPC and executes OCAP (out of control action plan) if needed
Executes Design of Experiment (DOE) provided by Engineering and provides data summary & report to Engineering
Performs calibration, qualification on tools
Supports Engineering to do root cause analysis/8D on measurement/inspection escapes
Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions
Escalates non-standard problems or issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience. Operative/Technician roles will typically operate more complex machinery/processes
