Obtain sales goals & meet sales objectives
Represent the KTU brand positively & conduct activities professionally
Diligently manage the lead flow process
Utilize KTU data and CRM network for sales & marketing activities
Conduct compelling in-home presentations - by effectively following the KTU proven sales process (TRAINING PROVIDED)
Maintain franchise marketing channels - social networking, referral, in-person, community activities, home-shows, print & direct mail
Foster outside lead generation, apart from the franchise activities
Perform tasks including measuring and assessing cabinet conditions
Regularly communicate with the franchise owner and follow instructions & suggestions given
Maintain frequent communications with prospects and customers and provide prompt response to any issues
Stay informed of industry news, new product offers, competitive activities and other developments
Attend regular training, business or community meetings or other events as may be required
