Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and functionalities to meet business requirements
Implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and other business systems
Conduct system configurations and customizations to enhance the ServiceNow platform's capabilities
Provide expert advice on ServiceNow best practices, design principles, and implementation strategies
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including coding, script writing, and process automation
Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable, adhering to enterprise architecture standards
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; or 4+ years of related work experience
3+ years' experience in ServiceNow development and consulting
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, Developer, or similar role
Certification in ServiceNow System Administration, Application Development, or Implementation Specialist is highly desirable
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP)
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex integrations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
