Responsibilities

Source tech and non-tech specialists — from Middle to C-level — across both Ukrainian and international markets
Use a wide range of sourcing tools and platforms to attract the best talent
Analyze the market and continuously expand the database of potential donor companies
Conduct market research aligned with hiring goals and business priorities
Collaborate with the recruiter and hiring manager to develop effective sourcing strategies
Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS system
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Required

4+ years of experience in a Talent Sourcer role
Proven experience sourcing for both tech and non-tech positions
Strong command of modern sourcing techniques — Boolean Search, X-Ray, social media platforms, professional communities, etc
Excellent copywriting skills for crafting personalized and engaging outreach messages to candidates
Solid understanding of IT specializations and software development methodologies
Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple roles simultaneously
English level: Intermediate+
