Responsibilities

Lead and direct all on-site construction activities, including supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Interpret contract drawings to guide field execution and oversee critical construction activities, including concrete placement and testing

Champion DN Tanks’ Accident Prevention and Safety Program (APSP), conducting weekly safety inspections and enforcing all policies

Mentor and develop field employees and Assistant Superintendents through hands-on training and DN resources

Own the quality assurance process, from inspections to punch list completion, ensuring tanks meet DN’s high standards

Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation using Spectrum ERP and Field View platforms

Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, engineers, inspectors, and vendors, representing DN Tanks with integrity on-site

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, and/or 6+ years of relevant construction experience with proven leadership in field operations

Experience with line & grade, formwork systems, and large-scale concrete projects

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, crane operations, and rigging requirements

Proficient with construction technology including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems

Willingness to travel extensively and manage remote project sites across the U.S

Strong communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills
