Responsibilities
Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings
Conduct legal research to support case preparation
Advocate for clients during mediation and negotiations
Provide client counseling on legal rights and obligations
Prepare for trial by gathering evidence and preparing witnesses
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, especially regarding Lemon Law
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in litigation and trial preparation
Strong negotiation and mediation skills
Excellent advocacy and client counseling abilities
Familiarity with Lemon Law and consumer protection laws
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
