Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to develop processes and techniques using software engineering best practices and standards
Collaborate across multiple groups, including Program Management, external suppliers, and government customers
Prepare and coordinate technical review boards, ensuring stakeholder engagement and approval
Take ownership of multiple processes and apply technical expertise to solve complex problems

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 12 years of relevant experience; OR Master of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 10 years of relevant experience; OR PhD in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline with 8 years of relevant experience
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
Proficiency in Python and C++
Experience in database design and management
Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC)
Knowledge of software optimization techniques

Preferred

Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Agile software development
General knowledge and experience with SQL
Proficient in HPC environments, including Slurm or similar management software
Expertise in software optimization for faster-than-real-time computing
Experience with Cameo
