Responsibilities

Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with Procurement, Legal, and IT

Manage and track contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment

Create, monitor, and reconcile Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and related financial documentation

Maintain accurate vendor data, documentation, and renewal trackers

Partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to streamline approvals and payments

Support organizational communication by preparing updates, reports, and summaries for leadership

Assist executive staff with tracking and reporting on key operational and program milestones

Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in vendor operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related discipline

5+ years of experience in vendor operations, procurement, or contract management

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Workday) and Excel/Sheets for reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and minimal supervision
