10+ years expDS Technologies Inc is seeking a Sr Maximo Consultant to provide Level 2/3 technical and functional support for IBM Maximo applications deployed across Abbott’s US facilities. The role involves handling configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation scripts to ensure optimal asset management and system performance.

Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on support for Maximo applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Configure and customize Maximo modules using automation scripts and MBOs
Develop and maintain integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems
Design and optimize workflows to streamline business processes
Build and customize reports using BIRT and SQL
Support Maximo Mobile and ensure compatibility with enterprise devices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Finance, Integration) to align application functionality with business needs
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end-users
Coordinate with offshore teams and Abbott’s internal SAP support for integration-related issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Maximo support roles, preferably in a regulated industry
Experience with Maximo 7.6 and/or MAS v9
Strong understanding of asset management processes in manufacturing and finance domains
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
IBM Maximo certification (preferred)
