Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a successful luxury spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Spa Sales Coach to join their talented team. This role is vital in helping achieve membership and sales goals by motivating and organizing a team of over 75 employees.

Responsibilities
Drive team to achieve membership and sales goals
Creating outstanding customer experience
Oversee training of sales staff
Weekly sales staff reviews to ensure sales targets are being met
Implementation of corporate sales training protocols
Fielding client concerns and staffing concerns
Maintain communication with staff to ensure the smooth day to day operations
Qualification
Required
2-4 years management experience in retail/sales
Membership sales experience
Ability to drive team to achieve sales goals
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
Leadership skills to guide staff to operate at peak efficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Customer service oriented
Self-starter and multi-tasker
Flexible schedule
Preferred
Experience with the Zenoti Point of Sale System a plus
