Responsibilities
Program, setup, and prove out CNC Lathes (Miyano)
Minimum of ten (10) years experience operating CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED)
Minimum of five (5) years experience programming and setting up CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED)
Minimum of three (3) years experience programming and setting up Miyano CNC Lathes (REQUIRED)
CAM experience is beneficial
Excellent working knowledge of CNC programming (G & M codes, canned cycles, etc)
Able to select, change, set, and touch off tools
Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc)
Must be quality conscious
Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Good communication skills and team mentality
Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record
Maintain organized/clean work area
Physically able to perform duties of the job; able to lift 50#
