The Part Time Sales Associate is responsible for sales execution and providing an outstanding shopping experience for customers, including opening and closing the store, receiving merchandise, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals

Maintain customer service standards to the highest possible level

Take responsibility in coordination with the Store Manager & Director of Retail Operations of all tasks leading to productivity and profitability of the store

Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness in the store

Consistently work to be knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, customer service, and sales goals/objectives

In coordination with the Store Manager and Director of Retail Operations, participate in the execution of effectively receiving and merchandising inventory

Have thorough knowledge of sales floor and stockroom organization

Maintain constant cleanliness of all areas of the store and maintain standards

Responsible to maintain communication with Store Manager & Director of Retail

Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot and understand POS and all systems

Responsible for all activities within the store in the absence of Store Manager or Director

Ability to work shifts on weekends and holidays according to the needs of the store

Flexibility to work in multiple of our store locations
