Responsibilities
Lead and optimize new patient scheduling, referrals, and intake workflows across all channels
Ensure accurate coverage checks and benefit rules for nutrition care, including referrals, telehealth policies, and plan limitations
Oversee coding, claims submission, payment posting, and denial prevention to maximize successful reimbursement
Build and maintain workflows, scripts, and quality standards that improve consistency, accuracy, and turnaround time
Qualification
Required
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco — this is an in-person role
Intellectual horsepower — signs of raw intelligence, fast learning, and sharp problem-solving
Moves fast — you thrive in ambiguity and can solve messy problems quickly
High attention to detail — we value excellence as a core value
Crisp communicator—you can distill complexity and influence decisions across various stakeholders
Preferred
Have experience in AI, healthcare, or regulated industries
