Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
Previous leadership experience
Ability to lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to monitor performance and ensure team meets standards
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Ability to manage food safety and quality food production
Ability to manage inventory and daily maintenance
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to ensure safety and security
Ability to schedule and train crew members
Preferred
Previous leadership experience ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
Positive team player with a flexible schedule
Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
