Responsibilities

Manage large number of contingent labor and professional service engagements ranging from simple one time and material to managed agreements / fixed deliverables to complex, multi-year vendor agreements
Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with key stakeholders including Technology, Finance and Sourcing
Build and manage relationships with internal key contacts, ensuring Vendor Enablement and Experience requirements and objectives are adhered to with data collection and requirements gathering, validating budget funding, contract negotiations, and execution of vendor processes
Assist in the strategy for evaluating and monitoring vendors in the Tech space
Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecycle
Partner and influence clients to ensure legal, risk, compliance and/or controls requirements are satisfied
Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmap
Assist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's Degree
7+ years of demonstrated experience in software/hardware professional services sourcing, vendor, partner, or relationship management, technology or product management
Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong at multi-tasking and time management discipline
Strong communication & presentation skills
Experience with client management and project management
Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures, functions, and activities

Preferred

Experience with third party risk oversight/sourcing/vendor management/Technology Project Management
