Provide leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers

Demonstrate leadership ability by scheduling shifts effectively in advance

Build constructive and effective relationships to make sure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards

Monitor safety, security, profitability and ensure proper communication throughout the team

Be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping assigned departments meet their goals

For the kitchen department manager, manage the kitchen department and food cost, conduct inventory and manage bi-weekly ordering

For the people department, prepare weekly schedules and manage labor for the restaurant
