Bilingual People Manager

Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating the implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientating, training, and retaining talent at Vann Companies owned McDonald’s restaurants
Build strong relationships with staff and management to assure people strategies and initiatives are being executed efficiently
Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors that support the company's vision, mission and values
Making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
Making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there
Qualification
Required
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH OR A SECOND LANGUAGE SPOKEN BY OUR EMPLOYEES
Friendliness
Passion for outstanding hospitality
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational skill
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach and help grow others
Prior experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants
Preferred
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
