Responsibilities

Assists in the management of other functions to include newsletter, surveys and audits for medical records

Compiles and organizes data to assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reports for appeals from ARRAY

Generates ad hoc reports under supervision of the system administrator

Performs secretarial and office management duties independently and effectively

Receives denials from multiple sources such as patient accounting, care management, behavioral health and perinatal with data entry into ARRAY database

Assigns denials to appeals coordinators in a timely manner
