They are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in the masonry industry, focusing on B2B sales and strategic sales planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations

Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Quotes, sales contracts, submittal packets, prepare reports and analyze customer’s sales data

Required

3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in masonry, construction, or building materials industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts, open orders, production, and projects simultaneous

Proficient in SalesForce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
