The role involves performing installation and support of new Windows-based computer systems, assisting with hardware and software deployments, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Responsibilities
Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems
Install Image and software on laptops and workstation
Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities
Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs
Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content
Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes
Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS + 2 Years of experience in Information Technology
Deploying/Installing Hardware, Software, Workstations, monitors, etc
Working hands-on with IT equipment and inventory
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrating sound judgement, initiative, and effective decision making
Skilled with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have active interim Secret of above
Preferred
Must be willing to travel outside the country up to 60% of the time
