Profound is an NYC-based AI startup focused on enhancing brand visibility in AI platforms. In the GTM Strategy & Operations role, you will manage systems and insights to support the go-to-market engine, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive growth efficiently.

Responsibilities

Own GTM business metrics reporting in order to drive better decision making: sales productivity, rep attainment, market analysis, etc
Sales incentive & comp planning. You’ll model sales incentives and ensure reps are paid accurately & on time
Lead flow prioritization and optimization
Segmentation and territory analysis to drive focus on strategic accounts
Partner with leadership to forecast pipeline, revenue, and productivity with precision and accountability
Design and maintain dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decisions across Sales and Marketing
Identify and implement process and tooling improvements across the GTM tech stack (CRM, reporting, lead routing, attribution)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing Ops to align on targets, coverage models, and reporting definitions
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that improve sales efficiency and go-to-market strategy

Required

2–4 years of experience in GTM, Revenue, or Sales Operations, with strong analytical and modeling skills
Proven experience with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
Deep understanding of sales compensation, pipeline analytics, and territory design
Highly analytical — you love digging into data to find patterns, trends, and opportunities
Comfortable translating data into insights that influence decision-making across leadership
Excellent communicator and collaborator; you work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

Preferred

experience supporting fast-growing, early-stage SaaS or AI companies
exposure to SQL or advanced data visualization tools
