Go Rentals is a premier luxury car rental company serving private aviation and high-profile clients. They are seeking a TMC Account Manager to manage key partnerships with global travel management companies, increase brand awareness, and drive business success in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

Manage contract performance with global TMC partners and foster strong relationships with travel decision-makers

Increase brand awareness by organizing impactful webinars and meetings and attending industry events

Collaborate with TMC agents, departments, and Executive leadership to uncover new business opportunities and funnel them to the right Go Rentals sales team members

Provide monthly volume reports and lead quarterly performance discussions with TMC partners to analyze profit-sharing and usage trends

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through outside sales calls, prospecting, and business development initiatives

Represent Go Rentals at travel-related conventions, trade shows, and events to drive business opportunities and develop lasting partnerships

Required

2-5 years of successful account management experience in a travel or hospitality environment

Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver's License

Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable

Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)

Experience in Sales and Customer Service

Excellent Communication Skills

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols

Preferred

Experience in Aviation, Auto Rental, Guest Services, or Hospitality

Willingness to travel for extended periods

Smartphone/tablet/technology savvy

College degree
