Responsibilities

Define, oversee and drive “design of experiments” activities to iterate on process and automate mundane & repetitive activities
Coordinate with internal and external stake holders to improve processes through data analysis, software integration and hardware design & implementation
Identify and define new processes as necessary
Develop detailed user & functional requirement documents defining project success for effective scoping & budgeting for complex problems
Delivery; exceptional customer obsession, clear & concise communication skills, program/project execution within defined scope, schedule & budget
Develop documentation - SOP’s. Visual Aids and RAMS for safe handling and process operation
Develop/review process flow mapping for optimal process in accordance with security requirements
Develop and implement RACI charts ensuring all stake holders are informed of responsibilities and eliminate ambiguity
Project Management to ensure stake holders are informed of responsibilities and eliminate ambiguity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, 3+ years of experience in using reporting and analytical tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Minitab etc
Bachelor's Degree in Technical or business discipline or other related quantitative discipline
Experience and knowledge of line assembly/disassembly process
Advanced knowledge in administration of warehouse management system/shop-floor system
Experience with physical layout of process flows, value stream mapping, time-studies for optimal efficiency

Preferred

Excellent critical & creative thinking with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer
Knowledge of lean manufacturing - process flows, line balancing, kaizen
Experience with line automation (assembly/manufacturing) and sortation systems an advantage
Experience and/knowledge of IT industry (server components) an advantage
Practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology
