Responsibilities

Lead and support the structuring, execution, and distribution of transactions within CLO warehousing, corporate ABS, and related asset-backed financing structures
Work closely with private credit managers, institutional investors, and internal stakeholders to originate and execute deals
Perform credit and structural analysis on prospective transactions, including collateral evaluation and cash flow modeling
Drive due diligence processes and coordinate across internal functions such as trading, finance, legal, and risk
Prepare and review transaction documentation, investor materials, and rating agency submissions
Support relationship management and new business development efforts with both existing and prospective clients
Monitor market trends and participate in developing new products and financing structures aligned with private credit market evolution
Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for strategic growth within the structured credit platform
Contribute to global deal flow by collaborating with colleagues across regions, particularly in transatlantic opportunities

Required

Experience in structuring, underwriting, and distributing transactions across CLOs and corporate ABS
Ability to lead and support the structuring, execution, and distribution of transactions

Strong skills in credit and structural analysis, including collateral evaluation and cash flow modeling
Experience driving due diligence processes and coordinating across internal functions
Ability to prepare and review transaction documentation, investor materials, and rating agency submissions
Experience in relationship management and new business development
Knowledge of market trends and ability to develop new products and financing structures
Ability to partner with senior management to identify strategic growth opportunities
Experience collaborating with colleagues across regions for global deal flow
