Design, implement, and maintain the internal developer portal using Backstage
Collaborate closely with software engineers, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline service ownership, documentation, CI/CD visibility, and developer self-service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in development or production support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge
Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
Ability to lead complex projects
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
Preferred
Master's degree or MBA and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Deep knowledge and experience in software support or development
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git workflows, Kubernetes, and microservices
Understanding of DevOps, developer portals, or internal platform engineering
Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend service integration
Comfort with Docker and container-based deployment
