Responsibilities
You will report directly into the Accounting Manager that was assigned this new team
This role will focus on identifying best practices for monthly close, account recs, and plenty of other accounting functions
In this seat, you will also interface with multiple other leaders around the country to support integration efforts post-acquisition, as well as identifying the best plan of action for consolidated financials
You will be looked at to provide innovative ideas and solutions across the board
There will also be some overlap knowledge with IT to ensure the financial systems are being utilized to their full capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or Finance)
1-3+ years of experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Preferred
CPA is preferred, but not required
