Responsibilities
Provides day-to-day technical support for the processes engineering in the plant
Addresses internal and external customer complaints, conducts investigations, develops root cause analysis, determines countermeasures, and documents — using NAL problem solving methods
Supports Program Management generated project macro-schedules with detailed engineering micro-schedules to ensure that all project milestones are tracked and completed on time
Coordinates the design and purchase of new equipment, and manages installation and start-up
Identifies Value Engineering/Value Analysis (VE/VA) ideas and standard parts to be implemented into new product designs
Develops and updates/improves check sheets for all production equipment for preventative maintenance and machine condition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline
2 to 4 years of related manufacturing experience
