Froedtert Health is a regional health network that partners with the Medical College of Wisconsin to provide patient care and education. The Organizational Learning Instructor is responsible for the orientation curriculum and delivery of content for the environmental services team, developing assessments and ensuring communication and cleanliness standards are met.

Responsibilities

Attend Welcome Day 1 every Monday at Woodland Prime to assist with Welcome session in AM and then teach system EVS orientation in the afternoon

Supports EVS education at Froedtert Hospital with expansion in FY26 to CHD

Develops simulations and assessments with the assistance of Organizational Learning (OL) team members to assure all communication and cleanliness standards are met; supports workforce orientation

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EVS housekeeper role is required or other equivalent experiences

High School diploma or equivalent is required

Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations

Ability to multi-task and establish priorities

Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment

Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Ability to use knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives

Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office: Word and Excel

Preferred

Associate degree preferred

Experience in training would be helpful
