Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to drive revenue through technical solutioning

Conduct customer demos, proof-of-concepts, and onsite integrations

Gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

Coordinate system setup, middleware integration, and backend connectivity

Create technical documentation and represent the voice of the customer

Present at trade shows and field events across industries like healthcare and manufacturing

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

Qualification

RTLS/RFID technologiesHealthcare IT protocolsIP networksCRM toolsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsTechnical documentation

Required

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge of IP networks, RTLS/RFID technologies, and Healthcare IT protocols

Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and technical documentation

Willingness to travel (up to 70%) and lift up to 50 lbs
