Hotel Account Revenue Analyst
Oracle is seeking a Hotel Account Revenue Analyst to help redefine revenue strategy in hospitality. This role involves building relationships with hotel clients, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue and client success.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients in your region, from onboarding through ongoing optimization
Analyze customer data, performance, and platform usage to uncover opportunities, present findings, and develop impactful solutions
Work hands-on in property systems to implement strategic changes that enhance revenue and performance
Collaborate with management companies to align strategies from the top down—bringing clarity and action to every touchpoint
Manage day-to-day client needs while staying focused on long-term success and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of professional experience in hotel operations (front office, revenue, or rooms)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office—especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, aggregation/analysis)
Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, RMS, and CRS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Opera or other major Hotel PMS
Exposure to CRM tools
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
