The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing video projects, making real-time creative decisions, and ensuring the final product aligns with the core creative vision.

Responsibilities
Innovate the formats & framework with the team for an original, high-performing viral video
Pitch Macro concepts/ideas to the Head of Creative
Lead writing sessions for unique ideas and situations
Research trends and tactics for retention
Real time problem solving
Direct Talent/Contestants
Guide the video to follow the best possible outcome
Work with Production on schedule and readiness
Qualification
Required
Master collaborator
High accountability and integrity
Willing to learn (and unlearn) quickly
Able to communicate ideas and pitches in a clear concise manner that includes visuals
Experience developing content from ground up - concept to the final product
Self Starter mentality, able to push individually to work on concepts
Always expects the unexpected
