Responsibilities
Lead by doing: This is a roll up your sleeves, delivery role first. Design and develop mobile products (iOS & Android), writing high-quality code and conducting peer reviews
Drive delivery: Take products from prototype to national rollout, balancing speed-to-market with long-term sustainability
Guide teams: Coach senior engineers, elevate development practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence
Advise stakeholders: Translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business recommendations
Collaborate broadly: Partner with product, design, engineering, and client leaders to align vision, execution, and outcomes
Grow Experient: Act as an entrepreneurial ambassador, expanding our brand and capability within the account and across the market area
Qualification
Required
12+ years of software engineering and consulting experience, with a focus on enterprise-scale mobile products
Deep expertise in iOS & Android development, including at least 5 years of React Native and cross-platform development experience
Ability to travel quarterly to Texas client site
Proven track record of taking multiple products from concept to launch and scaling to millions of users
Strong background in mobile architecture, cloud integration, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
Ability to balance hands-on coding, architectural oversight, and mentoring
Comfort engaging executives on strategy while rolling up your sleeves with engineering teams
Entrepreneurial mindset to help grow Experient's market presence and mobile practice
