Responsibilities

Strategically identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects across priority verticals and regions
Own multi-channel outreach, craft messaging that resonates with technical and commercial buyers, and consistently create high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline
Work closely with Growth and Sales to test campaigns, refine targeting, and set the standard for excellence in outbound execution
Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through evaluation
Help shape business cases, coordinate follow-ups, support demos and trials, and ensure prospects have a seamless experience from first contact through to close

Required

Up to a year of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with some exposure to outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or client engagement
Strong communication and organisation skills
Demonstrated resilience, commercial thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure
Ambitious and willing to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is required
Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and work closely with others
Intelligent with the ability to understand technical intricacies while focusing on outcomes
Desire to grow within Encord and become a future leader
Consistent top performance in previous environments, whether in education, business, sport, or sales

Preferred

Experience in a demanding field such as consulting, finance, or research
Drive and determination shown through internships, part-time work, sport, or leadership in societies and extracurricular activities
