Responsibilities
Enable and activate new customers during their critical first six months, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption. Provide excellent onboarding through calls, meetings, e-mails or onsite visits
Proactively identify growth opportunities and surface them to our commercially focused team for follow-up
Serve as a key connector across teams: With Sales: ensure seamless onboarding and customer handover. With Marketing: provide customer feedback, support campaigns, launch new features, and host webinars. With Customer Support: step in on escalations involving feature enablement or complex setups. With Product: be the voice of the customer—relay insights and feedback, support feature releases, and shape roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce
A passion for customer success with strong relationship-building skills
Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting
Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges
Fluent in German and English
You're based in Croatia and are eligible to work there
